As a Lead Knowledge Analyst (LKA) within BCG's Climate & Sustainability Practice Area, you will collaborate and partner in a growing global team, providing expertise and insights on ESG strategy and data analytics. You will work together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis, and expert advisory. Additionally, as an LKA you will drive development of intellectual property and knowledge assets to support the Climate & Sustainability practice, serving as an active contributor to commercialization efforts for the ESG analytics and strategy, whilst working with business leaders to drive proposals & go-to-market efforts. As an LKA, you may line manage a team of junior colleagues, taking responsibility for their goal setting, ongoing feedback and career development support.

We have a differentiated perspective in the market on Sustainability - a company’s economic, social, and environmental effects on the world - and can demonstrate that sustainability has also a positive impact on total shareholder return (TSR). We target delivering Socially Transformative Business transitions spanning a company’s products and services, business operations, and supply chains. We also aspire to imbed a sustainability lens in all of BCG’s work. You can find more about BCG's own sustainability ambition in BCG's latest sustainability report: A Time to Lead: 2021 Annual Sustainability Report.
